The only information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number (optional), the type of enquiry and your message.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss your project. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Messages sent through the form pass through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and arrive in our email, which is hosted with Google Workspace. Our website host processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Our films are played through Vimeo, and only when you press play. Once a video loads, Vimeo may collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy. We ask Vimeo not to track viewers where it supports that setting.

Links to other sites, including hanzofilms.com, are governed by those sites’ own policies.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep our business records, and then delete them.
